Our company receives the claims notifications, collects the claims documents to be submitted, and keeps a register of claims for both the Insurer and the Client.

If necessary, our company organizes on-site inspections with the insurer's loss adjusters/experts and, if required, personally participates in the assessment and determination of the damage and the exact determination of the legal ground and extent of loss.
